Quotes of the Days

I am starting up Quote of the Day. The title is kinda self-explanatory, (duh) so I'll get to it. Remember, I actually said/heard someone say all of these during my day, for real.

Wednesday: "And the Germans speak German."

Thursday: "Some of my pants always die."

Friday: "My butt is turning into a plant."

Saturday: I forgot. yep. **in french accent** "I fart in your general direction!"

Sorry about that. When I remember I'll post it, but for now... Bye! I remembered! (came up with another one)

Long Time No Post!

Sorry I haven't posted in so long, I've been pretty busy. Yeah, okay. That's my excuse, but don't worry! My blog shan't die. I can't wait until we get a real snow. There was a short one the other day, but less than an inch actually stayed on the ground. I can't wait to go skiing. It's one of my favorite things to do in winter. I think I'll finally get my christmas tree today, I might even post a picture of it once we're finished decorating it. Is it just me, or does everyone have an excessive amount of christmas tree ornaments? Like, So many you can't fit them all on a 7+ foot tree? Just me? Thought so. Well anyway, Fare thee well!

Catching Fire

Last night I went out to see Catching Fire. I was pretty much what I expected, but Katniss, Gale, and Peeta all seem like they're in their 20s, which the actors are. Katniss spent way too much of the movie whining and crying, and they never said anything about Peeta's leg in the whole movie. I really liked Effie's crazy outfits though. Those were pretty impressive. I felt like the director tried to make the movie more funny than the Hunger Games, which didn't really go with the implied mood of the series. But even after all my criticism, I still think they did a pretty good job with the movie. After all, it can't be easy to fit all of a 400 page novel into one movie. Well, I have to go do my excessive amount of homework I have been successfully procrastinating on all weekend! Peace, love, and the Hunger Games!

So. Much. Homework.....

It should be illegal to give so much math homework. By so much, I mean 50 MATH PROBLEMS!!!!!!! I sure have an insane/malicious/evil dictator pre-algebra teacher. So, while the rest of you (with the exception of any teachers, who will be trapped in school tomorrow,) are skipping around doing something decent with your lives, I with be barricaded in my room trying desperately to do the first of my 50 torturous pre-algebra problems. Math should grow up and learn to solve it's own problems, instead of dumping them on (not so) innocent bystanders like myself. Well, now that you have heard (or rather read) far more about my problems than you probably want and will ever want to know, time to move on to a different subject. For those of you who have followed my advice in my previous post by starting on Duolingo, my username is LBenDaniel, in case you want to view my amazing accomplishments. Meanwhile, I shall soon be making a website that will display the most recent of the hilarious/amazing/weird/awesome pictures and jokes I have stumbled upon via Google and various other ways, so keep checking back for the link to my brand new website. You will not be disappointed.
